Meet the team
Rachel Jones Linn, MA, LMFT
Founder, therapist, supervisor
I’m Rachel — a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Los Angeles and the founder of Forth Space. I bring both clinical expertise and lived perspective to the work – offering therapy that’s thoughtful, responsive, and built on genuine connection.
I work with adults and adolescents across a range of identities and experiences – including artists, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent clients (diagnosed or not), and people navigating trauma, identity, relationships, or life transitions. I also support couples and families – especially those who may not see themselves reflected in traditional therapy settings. Many of the relationships I work with are between younger partners, adult siblings, or chosen family members looking to deepen connection, shift old patterns, or move through stuck places with more clarity and care. My approach is especially well-suited for people who want to show up more fully in their relationships—not because things are falling apart, but because they value doing the work to grow together.
But what truly defines how I work is this: I offer a more collaborative, responsive, and actively engaged approach than what you might expect from traditional therapy. My clients know they can reach out between sessions when something big comes up. I check in when it feels right to. I stay actively involved in their growth – not just during our scheduled hour, but as a consistent, flexible presence. This isn’t about 24/7 access – it’s about building trust and momentum, especially in the midst of deep work or navigating complex seasons.
I take on a limited number of clients at a time so I can show up fully – thoughtfully, creatively, carefully, and with room to pivot. Whether we’re working through trauma, reimagining identity, making a leap, or learning to live with more intention and less emotional reactivity, I’m here to walk alongside you with clarity, honesty, and care.
